After extensive research into the culture and art of Azerbaijan, Blue Sky Hospitality’s Henry Chebaane developed a unique concept where every detail inside this unique bar has a meaning. This reflects not only to the rugs which were traditionally used as story books, but to the three rams’ heads on the walls as well. Adorned with Swarovski crystals the heads refer to the best known folk-tale of Azebaijan about three baby goats called “Şəngülüm, Şüngülüm and Məngülüm”. Even after death they still radiate wisdom to people through the shining crystals which look just like the disco balls.
