The Al Bano vineyards are in the heart of Puglia, where you can find 200 ha of the olivewood, the forests and, of course, the vineyards, which occupy 100 ha.
It is the family company, where they grow their own grapes and the olives. Moreover, they make their wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It is the largest winery, where they make about 300 000 bottles of wine day by day.
Al Bano makes about 11 kinds of wine. They gather the harvest by hands. The harvest season starts from the middle of August from the gathering of the white grape. After that they gather such kinds of the red grape as: Negroamaro, Malaysia nera di Brindisi, Primitivo and L’Aleatico di Puglia. One by one. They leave the grapes for a short time and it loses a lot of wetness.
